Melissa still runs her organizing business, Home By Eleven, in Minnesota, and works with clients in their homes each week. Cabri still runs her organizing business, Minimize then Organize, in Texas with her growing team.

Hi! I am Melissa.
I'm Melissa Klug, and I’m so proud to be the CEO, Head Coach, and the Program Director for educational resources at Pro Organizer studio, including Inspired Organizer®, Organizing Essentials, the podcast, and new offers.
Having spent 20 years in sales + marketing at Fortune 500 companies, I never considered entrepreneurship as a path for my life. I said, many times, "I could never go out on my own—I would prefer to have the safety of the backing of a large company."
Until the day that I no longer had that, extremely unexpectedly, after a corporate acquisition. Very quickly afterward—(the very next day!)--I had an epiphany. I had been extremely, deeply unhappy in my career for years. Years! I pretended I enjoyed the jet set life and the corporate political games—but inside I was deeply unsatisfied. But what did that mean for what was next for me?
During my time job searching, I started organizing my house, long neglected and fully chaotic after two decades of corporate travel, raising two kids, and having an insanely busy life, like every woman I know. I discovered I was REALLY good at organizing. I loved it. It was all I wanted to do. I spent every free moment doing it in my own home—and then I started to help other people do it. When people asked—“What are you going to do next in your career?” the only answer I kept coming back to was, I really want to help people find the joy in their houses like I’ve rediscovered in mine. But was that—a job?
Thanks to the wonderful internet, I discovered it was. I took a major, scary life leap. I gave myself one year to see if I could make my business successful. And much to my joy—it flourished. I had clients, sometimes 7 days a week. I loved every minute of it. I was helping people truly change their life, just by organizing their home.
In 2019 I realized something new—that I wanted to tell other women how they could do what I did. How they could escape jobs or careers that didn’t fulfill them, and create their own business that not only helped others, but helped themselves. To use my two decades in multi-million dollar businesses and my time building a successful organizing business to teach other women they can do the same. I became a business coach for professional organizers, and I worked with clients on three continents. In 2020, I gratefully joined Pro Organizer Studio to work with organizers all over the world create businesses that brought them joy, profits (WOOHOO!) and purpose.
Hi! I am Cabri!
I’m Cabri Caldwell—Pro Organizer Studio Community Mentor, Podcast Host, Coach, and your resident sarcasm commentator. If you’ve spent five minutes in the Inspired Organizer® or Inspired Organizer Team Facebook groups, you’ve likely seen me in the comments, probably offering a mix of strategic advice and a well-timed reality check.
My story with Pro Organizer Studio started exactly where yours might be right now. In 2019, I joined as a student, fueled by a love for order but looking for the "how" behind the "wow." I didn’t just want a side hustle; I wanted a scalable, profitable business. I immersed myself in the community, implemented the systems, and saw firsthand how much life changes when your business is built on a solid foundation. By 2021, I transitioned from student to mentor, and I haven’t looked back since.
While I love a good label maker, my heart beats for the business of business. Beyond mentoring, I am the founder and CEO of Minimize then Organize, a luxury home organizing firm, and ReMOVE, a moving box rental company. But I don’t stop at bins and boxes. I also navigate the worlds of industrial epoxy flooring with my husband and his business - Ironclad Surfaces and strategize along my sister in her business - Twisted Pricks which designs and curates custom embroidered goods.
Why does this matter for you? Because I understand the unique friction of the service industry from every angle — from managing a team and hitting $20k weeks to navigating the logistics of physical inventory and local marketing. I’ve walked the walk in my own business and I’ve seen the difference between a business that owns you and a business you actually own.
I’m not here to just tell you which bins to buy. I’m here to help you build an empire that supports the life you want to live. I’m passionate about helping women escape the "busy trap," move past the fear of hiring their first team member, and actually see the money they’re working so hard for.
I believe entrepreneurship should be profitable, purposeful, and—dare I say—fun. If we can’t laugh at the chaos of accidentally putting a box of dog ashes from an unpack in the pantry, what are we even doing?
My goal for this community is simple: I want to empower women to escape the "hustle" and create businesses that bring them joy, purpose, and—most importantly—real profits. Whether we are talking team building, revenue goals, or just sharing a laugh over the chaos of entrepreneurship, I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader and your most honest coach.
