Podcast Episode 34: 3 Lists To Make To Increase Your Confidence

Welcome to Episode 34: 3 Lists To Make To Increase Your Confidence

Maybe is it just a stereotype, but most professional organizers are list-makers. I know that organizers are also super tough on themselves, and I think it’s unfortunate that we have this long list of all of our shortcomings that we are carrying around in our heads all of the time. I think it’s important to counteract that with some positivity. So, for today’s podcast, I’m sharing 3 list exercises that will increase your confidence.

What I Talk About:

(00:00) – Intro to the Episode
(01:39) – The 5-Second Journal exercise that changed my life
(02:41) – The list challenge
(02:57) – List #1 - The timeline of accomplishments
(07:44) – List #2 - Accomplishments that are not time-specific
(10:46) – List #3 - Above and beyond accomplishments
(13:04) – Bringing it all together mentally for confidence and direction
(17:18) – Episode Wrap-up
