Jen Howard found herself in an unfortunately all too common situation--she was solely responsible for cleaning out her mother's home, which had become fully and completely stuffed from basement to top floor with hundreds of thousands of things.

During this intense, years-long cleanout process, Jen learned about the history of clutter, as well as about the industry of professional organizers, junk haulers, and donation locations.

She shares her personal story about how clutter and hoarding impacted her mother's life, and how it's impacted her own life, and what she learned during her 2 year long journey with her mother's home.
